How do I open a dispute or escalate an issue to Lolcashflow?
Firstly always try to sort out your issue with the seller via our web chat. If seller does not cooperate you can contact us below or write to us at support@lolcashflow.com with your offer ID and the issue which occurred.
Seller did not deliver within the promised delivery time, what to do?
Majority of orders are delivered on time. Some sellers might be late, if that happens make sure to contact them via our web chat and set up proper delivery time. Even if delivery is late, the order will not be closed. In case you no longer wish to wait for the seller to deliver, you can cancel the order - money will be returned into your Lolcashflow wallet for you to withdraw or you can buy another product with it if you wish to do so.
